How do clients use Invites?

How do stores use Invites?

Invites are offers issued by stores to their customers and can be actively shared with family and friends. These offers are for redeeming at other local businesses.

  • As a store owner you simply initiate contact with some other local stores of your choosing and agree to list promotions they wish to offer your customers.​
  • Likewise these same stores can return the favour and list your specials on their Shared Help sites.
  • Once the other stores’ specials are listed upon your Shared Help site, your customers are then able to redeem the specials as they visit each store.​
  • Moreover customers of those other stores can come to your business and redeem any specials that you have decided to offer in return.
  • The offers can be anything you like and, if preferred, can be for new clientele only. You can instruct your peer Shared Help member store owners to set your valid dates between nominated dates or times.
  • For a customer to redeem they simply visit the business or organization that has made the offer and use their mobile device to show the Invite to a staff member. Invites may also be printed out.​

How do I activate Invites?

Simply register as a Facilitator of a Shared Help site here – select your business category, fill in the form and your activation email will have you up and running straight away!​

How do I enter a new Invite ?

Instructions are available once you login using your facilitator login.
